I am an engineering manager and MIT grad with more than 10 years of experience leading cross-functional teams to build highly specialized technology products. 3. Weekly check-in video calls, where you're sure to be kept accountable for your weekly targets (15 minutes).
4. One monthly goal-setting video call, where I introduce you to the electronic tools we'll be using, teach you how to break up your monthly goal into small steps, routines, and tasks (30 minutes).
